Nick grew up in New Freedom, Pennsylvania. He went to Susquehannock High School where he played football and baseball. Nick found his passion for golf at the age of 20, in Ocean City Maryland. Working at the Links of Lighthouse Sound made Nick decide to pursue the golf industry as a career. He went on to get his Associates Degree in the Business of Golf Course Management at Keiser University in Port St. Lucie, Florida. After jobs at McGregor Links CC and Fountain Head CC, Nick found himself with a challenging decision. Nick was diagnosed with stage 4 Hodgkins Lymphoma Cancer in January of 2017. This took him away from the business of golf for 2 years. In all bad things you find good though Nick says, because upon remission from Cancer, he moved back to Key West, Florida. This was Nick’s winter home through the duration of his golf career and this is where he met his wife, Janelle. He then had his son Chase Paul Campbell on May 7th 2019. As much as Nick loved living in Key West, him and Janelle decided they wanted to raise their family in Sarasota, where Janelle grew up and where family was closer. That led Nick to Applying at BCC and being hired in June of 2019.
